Is There An Age Limit?

Our equipment is aimed at children ages between 0-8 years. The maximum age we will allow into play is 8 years old or any child up to the height limit of 127cm.

When are you open?

We open 9:30-5:30 7 days a week!

Do you have customer lockers?

We do not currently have any locker facilities, customers are reminded that any personal belongings should not be left unattended and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Do you have parking?

Free parking is available onsite with a large car park located outside of the unit with additional parking at the shopping centre opposite, please be aware parking is limited to 4 hours and parking cameras are in use.

Do you offer any discounts?

Our members can enjoy a range of discounts when signing up. We also offer discounted admission to registered Childminders.

What is your maximum capacity?

Our maximum capacity is 200 people.

Can I book my party now?

Yes you can! To book go to our Parties page or send us an email.

Are there toilet facilities?

Yes, toilets and baby changing facilities are available.

What food and drink do you serve?

We have a number of options available from our onsite café; from sandwiches, paninis and pizza to jackets, snacks and juice! We also offer a number of hot and cold beverages and cakes. All freshly made from locally sourced ingredients.

Where can we find you?

We are located in the brand new Riverside development right in the heart of Yate.

Is play time limited?

Generally we love to give everyone unlimited soft play use however during busy periods this may be restricted to 2 hours.

What are your opening times?

We are open from 9:30am-5:30pm seven days a week and available for exclusive bookings and events between 6pm and 8pm.

What time is last admission?

Last admission is 5pm but please be aware of our closing times.

Does my child need to wear specific clothing?

Your child must wear socks at all times and we advise to wear clothing to cover knees and elbows to avoid risk of friction burns on the equipment.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Only food and drink purchased from Little Giggles Cafe may be consumed on site with the exception of baby food and milk.

Do you host seasonal events?

Yes! The owners are big kids at hearts and we most certainly do our best to organise the best events possible throughout the year!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and card transactions in person as well as payments over the telephone and memberships can also be paid for via bank transfer.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we have full public liability insurance.
